On more than one occasion, I have gone to the Cafe in Movietowne, Creme de la Creme. On every occasion, (I swear to God), the servers have been on their cell phones or on the Company phone on a personal phone call. So I stand there and wait, and the young lady asks if she can help me (while still on her cell phone). So I ask "Are you ready to attend to me?" She hangs up while rolling her eyes, and then stands there..not a "Good Morning," not a "Can I help you?" Anyway, so I order, sat down and hey presto, she is back on the cell phone again and I watch as another customer walks in and tries to get some "service"
Don't employers have rules about this? Here's another example at this same cafe..the cell phone rings, she answers "Ah cyah answer meh cell phone. Ah working!" But the conversation goes on for another couple of minutes, while the ever so patient Trini stands there and waits until she is done.
Oh by the way, don't buy anything there with chicken.I'm not sure that rock hard very very brown thing is chicken. Do it at your own risk.
