Ate Logo: West Mall.
Two attendants, one on the phone as I walk in. Both slouched over the counter. No greeting, so I browse, ask for sizes, try on, the one attendant still on the phone. I ask if they can call the Long Circular Branch to see if they have my size..they said no, they only have "one way" calling so I will have to use MY cellphone. So I did, and the person said to call back..from MY cellphone mind you..the attendant is still on the phone..1/2 hour has gone by..I say you know what? I'll just get the one pair of shoes but I only have credit cards..no problem, except I have to hold on until the "Manager" gets off the phone. Fortunately for her, she did and strangely enough, they can dial out to charge my card.
There is an 800 number to call about service, except guess what? It doesn't work. Well I say, it was at least a thought..let's see when it will actually work.
