We in Trinidad have not yet grasped the concept of "Customer Service." We sometimes blithely accept what is dished out to us in stores and banks and the public service. We and those who serve us forget that we are PAYING for this service, and in particular those who "serve" us fail to understand that it's because of the "paying" customer that a lot of us have jobs. We mutter and grumble and bitch to one another while we stand in long lines, but we hardly ever address our complaints to the people that matter, and make our dollar count.
Me, I've had enough and so the purpose of this blog is to highlight the bad and the good service anywhere I go. If I have to "kiss ass", then I expect to get the product for free. If I have to pay for it, then I demand good service. From now on, my dollar counts, in more ways than one.
Let's see if we can make a difference
